Answer: Confidence building is woven into our program. It is developed through a series of successes. Each new challenge a student encounters becomes an opportunity to grow and gain confidence. When a student first joins, they may only be able to do a few push-ups or sit-ups, but within a few short weeks, they will find they are working at a much higher level. Through these small but significant successes, confidence begins to grow.

Answer: Over the years, we have found that two to three classes per week work best. This gives you the repetition you need to begin to develop your skills.

Answer: The Martial Arts are very safe. Because of the way our program is taught, situations that can cause injury are eliminated. Our classes emphasize self-control and focus, making safety a key element in our training. Of course, in any physical activity, occasional bumps and bruises are possible, but we work very hard to ensure they are rare.

Answer: People of all ages, from young children to seniors, practice Ninjutsu. Individuals progress at their own pace. Every student is given individual attention and has every opportunity to shine in a variety of areas.

Answer: No. Often, people believe they have to get in shape before they begin training. While physical fitness is a fundamental part of our program, when a student begins, they work at a level that they can handle. As they progress in rank, working at a higher fitness level happens naturally.
